Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Robert Howard.
He is survived by brothers, Verlin R. Howard of Independence, KY, Ronald Howard of Loveland, OH, Beechman Howard of Erlanger, KY, Dewey Howard, Jr. of Atlanta, GA and a sister, Betty Rose Russell of Norwood, OH, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday, March 11, 2013 from 11AM to 1PM at Mt. Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral will immediately follow at 1PM in the chapel of Mt. Pleasant Funeral Home. Burial will be at Resthaven Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
