In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brothers, William A. Fowler, Beckham Fowler, Clarence Fowler, and sister Dorothy Hatcher.
She is survived by sons, Wesley Fowler of Cawood, KY, Darrell Wysong of Wilmington, OH, brothers, Edmon Fowler, of Lima, OH, Isiah Fowler of Taylor, MI, and sister, Mary Farmer of Cawood, KY.
Memorial Service will be at the Cawood Church of God, Cawood, KY with the Rev. William Geary officiating.
