Peggy A. Stewart ,age 62, of Cranks, KY passed away on January 21, 2013 at the Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY following a long illness. She was born May 9, 1950 in Harlan, KY to the late Thomas Burton Trosper, mother, Gerladine. She was a homemaker and believed in the Holiness faith.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Stewart, Sr., and brothers, Jack Blanton and Johnny Hickey.

She leaves to mourn her passing her children, Charles “Bump” Stewart and wife, Jessica, of Baxter, KY, Barbara Stewart and fiancé, Tommy Turner, of Harlan, KY, Thomas Stewart and wife, Missy, of Lexington, KY, Mirld Stewart and wife, Rebecca, of Harlan, KY, Angela Robbins and Dennis Grubbs of Cawood, KY, and Angus Stewart of Baxter, KY, brothers, James Trosper and wife, Otella, of Rosspoint, KY, Kelly Trosper of Evarts, KY, Willard Hickey, Jr. and wife, Jeannie, of Tway, KY, Jerry Hickey and wife, Arlene, of Catrons Creek, KY, sisters, Shirley Watkins and husband, Roger, of Wallins, KY, Mitzi Doepel and husband, Ronnie, of Wallins, KY, Jewel Hickey of Sevierville, TN, grandchildren, Tonia, Charles, Brandi, and Gavin, a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends, and a dear friend, Suda.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 23, 2013 from 5 to 8PM at Mt. Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral will be held Thursday, January 24, 2013 at 1PM in the chapel of Mt. Pleasant Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Collins officiating.

Burial will follow in the Stewart Family Cemetery at Cranks, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
