Judy Hensley Smith 37, of Wallins, KY passed away Saturday, January 5, 2012 at her residence. She was born November 23, 1975 in Indiana. Judy was a homemaker and believed in the Church of God faith.

She was preceded in death by her father; Howard Hensley.

Survivors include her husband; Danny Smith. Four children; Danny Smith III, Joseph Smith, Cameron Smith & Brianna Smith. Her mother, Sharon Lewis, and stepfather, Bob Sturgill. Three brothers; Howard “Bubby” Smith, Bobby Sturgill & Chris Sturgill. Two sisters; Teresa Hensley Davis & Stacy McQueen. Special friend; Cecil Sizemore. And several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, January 8, 2012 at 5-PM in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home with the Rev. Doug Daniel officiating. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, January 9, 2012 at 11-AM in the Ingram Family Cemetery of Wallins, KY. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 8, 2012 from 3-5PM in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home.
