Lovie was born Dec. 8, 1941 at Smith, KY to the late William Isaac & Annie Lee Stewart Daniels. She was a homemaker and faithful member of the New Riverside Baptist Church, Smith. She loved to garden and spend time with her family especially her grandbabies. She was an avid UK Wildcat basketball fan.
Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Arch Henry Daniels; infant son, Troy Lee Daniels; grandchildren, Troy Allen Daniels and Charli Ann Cole; great grandson, Jonathan Phillip Daniels; sisters, Mary Willie Goss, Geneva Jean Hyden, and Nancy Ruth Clem.
She is survived by 4 children, William Isaac (Phyllis) Daniels of Smith, Ruby Melinda (Jeff) Cole of Dayhoit, Leona Marlene Daniels and boyfriend, Donnie Saylor of Cranks, and Archi Ann Dixon of Harlan; grandchildren, William Travis Daniels, Sonya Phipps, Jonathan Phillip Daniels, Jason Mitchell Daniels, William Daniel Cox, Christopher Thomas Cox, Kevin Andrew Cox, Ricky Lee Daniels, Leah Ann Saylor, and Conner Chase Dixon; great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Sarah, Trey, Noah, Donovan, Elijah, Paris, Caleb, Makayla, Aubrey, Brian Allen, Joshua, Leiland, Savannah, Ally, Shaylyn, and T.J.; 1 Brother, James Daniels of Smith; 4 sisters, Dorothy Davis of Franklin, IN, Beatrice Warren of Corbin, Charlotte Jenkins of Smith, and Norma Maxine (John) Oberholtzer. She leaves a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.
Visitation will be after 6:00 pm Wednesday at the New Riverside Baptist Church, Smith.
Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday at 12:00 pm from the New Riverside Baptist Church with Rev. Josh Hensley officiating.
Burial will follow in the Daniels Cemetery at Smith.
Grandsons and Nephews will serve as Pallbearers.
