Cindy Lou Caudill, 48, Holmes Mill passed away Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at her home following a long illness. She was born December 28, 1963 in Ohio, but had lived here most of her life. She believed in the Baptist faith.

Cindy was preceded in death by her former husband, and father of her children, David “Speedy” Caudill; her mother, Sandra Kelly; one sister, Paula Kelly; and one brother, Ralph “Jay” Kelly, Jr.

Survivors include her father, Henry Ralph Kelly, Lancaster, KY; two daughters, Nickie Caudill and Fiancé, Allen Clark, Holmes Mill; Crystal Madden and husband, Jeremy, Evarts; three very special grandsons, Jeremiah David, Zachariah Edward and Josiah Bryson Madden, all of Evarts; one brother, William Boone Kelly, Keokee, VA; five special nieces, Sharessa and Miranda Blair; Heather, Hailey and Hannah Brock, all of Holmes Mill, KY; also surviving are a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, from 5 until 8 PM in the Chapel of the Evarts Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, December 7, 2012 at 2 PM in the Chapel of the Evarts Funeral Home with the Reverend Frank Howard and Reverend Ronnie Boggs officiating.

Burial will follow in Evarts Memorial Gardens.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
