He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Roy and Mary Ella Bray, Walt and Vera Middleton, Carlo Burns, Dallie Patterson and Monroe Patterson.
His parents are Anthony and Elsie (Patterson) Middleton of Cawood, KY; sisters, Reanna Middleton, Reagan Middleton, and Ally Middleton all of Cawood, KY; paternal grandparents, Daryl and Mary Lynn Middleton of Cawood, KY; maternal grandparents, Pete and Norma Patterson of Baxter, KY; great grandmother, Flora Burns of Bledsoe, KY; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, October 29, 2012 at 6 p.m. at the Day-Jackson Cemetery in Cranks, KY with the Rev. Doug Grills officiating.
