Katie Johnson was crowned the Harlan County High School Basketball Sweetheart in ceremonies before Tuesday’s game against Knox Central. Johnson is a senior from Cumberland and the daughter of Marcus and Miranda Johnson. She was escorted by Trey Sanders.
