The Kentucky Humanities Council Inc. presented Dr. Edward B. Smith as Adolph Rupp at the Evarts Library on Saturday. Smith is co-director of the Kentucky Educational Speech and Drama Association and a member of the Kentucky Film Lab’s Advisory Board. He teaches theatre and film classes at Georgetown College, where he is an associate professor. Smith is also an award-winning filmmaker and portrays Justice John Marshall Harlan for Kentucky Chautauqua. Approximately 30 attended the event and are pictured listening to “The Coach” during his performance as Rupp.
