The legendary Wallace “Wah Wah” Jones, a former Harlan High School and University of Kentucky standout, was honored for his recent induction into the KHSAA Hall of Fame. Jones was unable to attend the event so nephew, John Jones, left, accepted the honor on his behalf. Harlan girls coach Derrick Akal, center, and boys coach David Parks, right, accepted posters outlining the characteristics required for a winning formula for athletes.
