Richard W. Hyde, 55, expired or no registration plate, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, failure to notify address change to the transportation department — continued for arraignment — Oct. 22.

Robert L. Fields, 43, speeding (21 miles per hour over the limit) — pleaded guilty, fined $133 and sentenced to traffic school.

Edward Maggard, 36, speeding (15 miles per hour over the limit), no operator’s/moped license — continued for arraignment Oct. 22.

Donald Poindexter, 49, public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol) — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Dec. 4.

Brad Coots, 20, license to be in possession, failure to produce insurance card — continued for arraignment Oct. 22.

David Jones, 58, leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, second-degree criminal mischief — pretrial conference set Oct. 22.

Patricia Davidson, 20, theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) — continued for arraignment Oct. 29.

Angela Anglian, 35, booster seat violations, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, failure to produce insurance card, operating vehicle with one headlight — continued for arraignment Oct. 29.

Anthony S. Sweatt, 34, expired or no registration plate, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, failure to produce insurance card — continued for arraignment Oct. 29.

James Gooden, 49, trafficking marijuana (8 ounces or less, first offense), possession of marijuana, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, buying/possession of drug paraphernalia — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Dec. 4.

Leaha M. Simpson, 27, failure to use child restraint device in vehicle, failure to wear seat belt — continued for arraignment.

John M. Williams, 29, failure to notify address change to the transportation department, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt — continued for arraignment Oct. 29.

Michael Lunsford, 19, driving too slow for traffic conditions, failure to give or improper signal, license plate not illuminated, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Dec. 4.

William Atkins, 58, operating vehicle with expired operator’s license — dismissed on proof.

Kevin S. Grubbs, 45, failure to wear seat belt, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set March 26.

Chad F. Collett, 22, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to wear seat belt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, failure to produce insurance card — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set March 5.

Carla D. Burgess, 53, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set March 26.

Randall C. Sturgill, 23, operating vehicle on suspended/revoked operator’s license, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt, failure to wear seat belt — first two charges, pleaded guilty, fined $75; other charge dismissed.

Terry W. Sibrava, 39, operating vehicle on suspended/revoked operator’s license — continued for arraignment Feb. 4.

Johnny W. Melton, 30, alcohol intoxication in a public place, second-degree disorderly conduct, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence with minor injury) — first two charges, pleaded guilty, fined $125 (court costs waived); other charge dismissed.

Jonathan W. Jones, 39, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, controlled substance prescription not in original container — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set March 26.

Leslie Whitehead, 56, menacing — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set March 5.

Margie E. Whitehead, 41, third-degree terroristic threatening — failed to appear for hearing.

Kathy Hagle, 29, failure to wear seat belt, second-offense driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, no operator’s/moped license, possession of marijuana — failed to appear for hearing.

Trenton Burkhart, 55, fourth-degree assault (minor injury), third-degree terroristic threatening — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set March 5.

Jimmy L. Whitaker, 57, theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set May 5.

Tamara L. Boggs, possession of synthetic cannabinoid — pleaded guilty, fined $233 and sentenced to 90 days in jail (probated 12 months).

Michael Sexton, 21, theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) — pleaded guilty, fined $233 and sentenced to 30 days in jail (probated 90 days and ordered to stay out of Rite Aid).

Deanna Woodsby, 42, theft by deception (under $500) — continued for arraignment.

Brandy M. Lewis, 21, no operator’s/moped license, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance — first charge, continued for arraignment Dec. 3; other charge dismissed on proof.

Tracy J. Thomas, 34, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt, resident registered/titled vehicle in other state — continued for arraignment.

Duke James Ellis, three counts of third-degree terroristic threatening, three counts of second-degree stalking, second-degree criminal trespassing — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set March 12.

Ebony Fields, 33, theft by unlawful taking — dismissed, complaining party failed to appear for hearing.
