Monday marked the first day of the fall semester for students attending Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College as Jannelle Long, left, and Brittany Hall, both of Evarts, prepared for their first class while sitting on the staircase in the Godbey Appalachian Center located on the Cumberland campus. SKCTC, with five campuses, expects to enroll over 5,000 students for the term.
