Ricky King, 29, speeding (16 miles per hour over the limit), license to be in possession, failure to produce insurance card, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance (first offense) — continued for arraignment July 11.
Johnny J. Wynn, 18, expired or no registration plate, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security (first offense), failure to produce insurance card — first three charges, dismissed; other charge, pleaded guilty, fined $153.
Kristi L. Turner, 32, improper equipment, expired or no registration plate, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security (first offense), license to be in possession, license plate not legible, failure to wear seat belt, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle, failure to produce insurance card — first charge, pleaded guilty, fined $25 (court costs waived); other charges dismissed on warning and proof.
Michael A. Lankford, 24, speeding (26 or more miles per hour over the limit), reckless driving, failure to notify address change to the transportation department — continued for arraignment.
