Anthony C. Michael L. Clem, operating vehicle with one headlight, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance (first offense) — dismissed on proof.

Oney Brown Sr., 40, theft by deception (over $300) — dismissed on restitution.

Jeff Bruce, 39, expired or no registration plate, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security (first offense), license to be in possession, operating vehicle with one headlight, license plate not illuminated — continued for arraignment.

Thomas Brown, 49, eight counts of theft by deception (under $300) — continued for review June 11.

Donnie Creech, 26, failure to use child restraint device in vehicle — pleaded guilty, fined $178.

David Carmack Sr., 55, theft by deception (under $300) — dismissed on restitution.

Angel M. Gardener, 30, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security (second offense or more), operating vehicle with expired operator’s license — pleaded guilty, fined $550 (court costs waived).

Thomas Brown, 49, theft by deception (under $300) — continued for review June 11.

Pamela J. Burke, 49, theft by deception (under $300) — dismissed on restitution.

Nicholas Davis, 18, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security (second offense or more), improper registration plate, failure to illuminate headlights — first charge, amended to failure to have insurance card, pleaded guilty, fined $25 (court costs waived); other charges dismissed.

Pamela J. Burke, 49, theft by deception (under $300) — dismissed on restitution.
