Margaret Etta Partin, age 84, recently of Boca Raton, FL, passed away peacefully and surrounded by loved ones on Tuesday, February 5, 2008, following a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.

A native of Hawkins County, TN, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Jo Ella (Bailey) Wagner. She was a member of the United Methodist Church and a graduate of Surgoinsville High School. She married William Franklin Partin in 1946 and moved to Evarts, KY, where the two made their home together for more than 45 years.

She is remembered with love and fondness by her two children: Melba (August) Urbanek of Boca Raton, FL, and Jack (Gail) Partin of Jackson, OH; five granddaughters: Dawn Noonan of Boca Raton, FL; Emmy (David) Partin Haskell of Columbus, OH; Wendy Partin of Delray Beach, FL; Jennifer Urbanek of Boca Raton, FL; and Billie Partin of Delray Beach, FL; two great-grandchildren: Madison Noonan of Boca Raton, FL, and Siler Haskell of Columbus, OH; three sisters: Emma Wagner of Johnson City, TN; Ina Cox of Mt. Carmel, TN; and Opal (Bill) Kirkpatrick of Rogersville, TN; and scores of friends and neighbors.

She was preceded in death by both of her parents, her husband, two sisters: Louise Culbertson and Willie Rakestraw, and two brothers: Conner Wagner and Bill Wagner.

Interment will take place Thursday, February 14, 2008, at the Gardens Memorial Park in Boca Raton, FL. A private celebration of Mrs. Partin's life will follow.
