Barry G. Hobbs, 45, Loyall, died Feb. 11, 2003, in an auto accident on U.S. 119.

A transportation engineer for the Kentucky Department of Transportation. He believed in the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his parents, Claude Hobbs and Margaret Pursiful Hobbs, Loyall; two brothers, Jon Hobbs and wife, Susan, Crittenden; and David Hobbs and wife, Brenda, Lawnvale; three sisters: Claudia Jarvis and husband, Ron, Speedwell, Tenn.; Margaret Bryan and husband, Rick, Powhatan, Va.; and Marcia Hobbs, Loyall; four nieces, four nephews and one great-nephew.

Visitation is today (Thursday) from 5 to 8 p.m. at Loyall Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be conducted today at 8 p.m. at the Loyall Funeral Home with the Rev. Shannon Benefiel and Glenn Durham.

Graveside services will be conducted Friday at 1:30 p.m. at the Green Hills Cemetery in Middlesboro.

Pallbearers will include, Charles Hobbs, Ben Hobbs, David Hobbs, Adam Hobbs, Don Arvin, Randall Arvin and Johnny Fee.

Honorary pallbearers will include the engineer crew 310 of the Kentucky Department of Transportation.

Loyall Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
