Harlan County sophomore receiver/running back Colby King raced past the Bell County defense for one of his three touchdown catches Friday in the Black Bears’ 7-on-7 passing scrimmage at Coal Miners Memorial Stadium. Tyrese Simmons, Quinten Mickens and Dylan Cornett also had touchdown catches.
Harlan County sophomore linebacker Caleb Carmical moved in for a stop after a Bell County receiver made a short catch in scrimmage action Friday. Carmical is the top returning tackler for the Bears, who will play at Corbin on Aug. 13 in the Southeastern Kentucky Conference Gridorama.
