County officials approved the preparation of two quit claim deeds to the city of Harlan after city officials receive funds from the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) to upgrade sewage lift stations across the county.During a meeting of the Harlan Fiscal Court on Thursday, Consulting Engineer Leo Miller, with Leo Miller and Associates Engineering firm of Harlan, asked the court to transfer a deed to the sewage transfer station in Rio Vista to the city of Harlan.
