Graduation preparation under way

Preparation for the 48th commencement at Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College is under way and will held at 6 p.m. today on the Cumberland campus. The event will be held beneath a tent that measures 200-feet by 120-feet with a capacity for 3,000 people. Dr. Michael B. McCall, president of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, will deliver the keynote address. Over 300 students from all of the five SKCTC campuses are to receive degrees and certificates.
