Top of the charts Bluegrass singer Donna Ulisse entertained a large crowd at the Goin’ Back to Harlan Bluegrass Festival on Ball Park Road near James A. Cawood Elementary School in Harlan. The festival continues today with more top names and local bluegrass bands. Former Harlan Countians Christine (forefront) and J.C. Roark traveled from Biloxi, Miss., to attend this year’s festival. They said each year the festival offers a wide variety of talent and gives them a chance to reconnect with old friends and family while they are visiting.
