Isenburg, 24, first-degree promoting contraband, first-offense driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs — first charge, amended to second-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, fined $808, operator’s license suspended 30 days and sentenced to 12 months in jail (probated 24 months).

Jackie Bailey, 38, receiving stolen property (under $10,000) — waived to grand jury.

Kenneth Petrey, 67, second-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault (minor injury) — waived to grand jury.

Teddy A. Smith, 28, third-degree burglary, second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), first-degree disorderly conduct — waived to grand jury.
