Clifford D. Wilson, 30, failure to wear seat belt — failed to appear for hearing.

Diana V. Price, 40, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, failure to produce insurance card, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt — continued for arraignment Aug. 20.

Franklin M. Rigney, 18, resident hunting/trapping without a license/permit, hunting without a hunter’s education course completion card — failed to appear for hearing.

Daniel Myers, 29, receiving stolen property (under $10,000) — waived to grand jury.

Justin Taylor, 31, failure to wear seat belt — failed to appear for hearing.

Chris Maes, 45, failure to wear seat belt — failed to appear for hearing.

Holly Zinno, 23, third-degree criminal trespassing — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Aug. 27.

Donna Fee, 37, expired or no registration plate, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, license to be in possession — first three charges, continued for arraignment Aug. 27; other charge dismissed on proof.

Candace Seal-Smith, 27, failure to produce insurance card, failure to wear seat belt — pleaded guilty, fined $75 (court costs waived).

Willie Turner, 20, second-degree burglary — waived to grand jury.

Steven D. Hewitt, 21, third-degree rape — waived to grand jury.

Erica D. Pennington, 21, third-degree rape — waived to grand jury.

Nicole L. Isenburg, 24, first-degree promoting contraband, first-offense driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs — first charge, amended to second-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, fined $808, operator’s license suspended 30 days and sentenced to 12 months in jail (probated 24 months).

Jackie Bailey, 38, receiving stolen property (under $10,000) — waived to grand jury.

Kenneth Petrey, 67, second-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault (minor injury) — waived to grand jury.

Teddy A. Smith, 28, third-degree burglary, second-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), first-degree disorderly conduct — waived to grand jury.

Jim Brock, 64, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance — waived to grand jury.

Summer Tolliver, 19, public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol), possession of marijuana, theft by unlawful taking — waived to grand jury.

Brian Allen Dettmer, 24, two counts of receiving stolen property (under $500), two counts of obscuring the identity of a machine (under $500) — pleaded guilty, sentenced to 12 months in jail (to serve 30 days with remaining time probated 24 months, court costs waived).

Randy L. Collins, 55, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to wear seat belt, failure to produce insurance card, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, operating vehicle on suspended/revoked operator’s license — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Jan. 15.

Timothy Asbury, 31, failure to wear seat belt — failed to appear for hearing.

Edward L. Ghent Jr., 31, failure to wear seat belt — failed to appear for hearing.

Mary J. Ward, 28, operating vehicle with one headlight, improper equipment, license plate not illuminated, license to be in possession — failed to appear for hearing.

Joey Collins, 17, speeding (16 miles per hour over the limit), license to be in possession — first charge, pleaded guilty, fined $133 and sentenced to traffic school; other charge dismissed.

Bradley W. Shelton, 35, failure to wear seat belt, expired or no registration plate, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt — pleaded guilty, fined $75 (court costs waived).

Dwayne A. Gibson, 47, failure to wear seat belt, failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, failure to produce insurance card, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt — dismissed on proof.

Gregory D. Garrett, 47, speeding (15 miles per hour over the limit) — failed to appear for hearing.

David B. Sergent, 49, public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol) — failed to appear for hearing.

Hillary B. Smallwood, 37, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, reckless driving, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, buying/ possession of drug paraphernalia — failed to appear for hearing.

Hillary B. Smallwood, 37, public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol) — failed to appear for hearing.

Amanda L. Ray, 22, third-degree possession of a controlled substance — pleaded guilty, fined $233 and sentenced to 90 days in jail (probated 24 months).

Kyle T. Early, 18, fourth-degree assault (minor injury) — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Oct. 30.

James G. Grubbs, 55, second-degree criminal trespassing, menacing, second-degree disorderly conduct — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Nov. 13.

Kayla Mullins, 23, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance — waived to grand jury (bond set at 10 percent of $9,000).

Michael M. Saylor, 31, first-degree trafficking a controlled substance — waived to grand jury (bond set at 10 percent of $10,000).
