Michael A. Rowe, 24, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, license to be in possession, operating all-terrain vehicle on roadway, operating all-terrain vehicle without headgear (on public property), failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, second-degree fleeing or evading police (in motor vehicle) — first charge, pleaded guilty, fined $708, operator’s license suspended 30 days and sentenced to driving school; other charges dismissed.

Rhonda D. Bailey, 26, operating vehicle with expired operator’s license, failure to notify address change to the transportation department, residents not to use license of other state — continued for arraignment Nov. 5.

Victoria Sullivan, 23, driving on a DUI-suspended license (second offense within five years) — amended to operating vehicle on suspended/revoked operator’s license, pleaded guilty, fined $100 (court costs waived).

Lenville Parsons, 27, speeding (15 miles per hour over the limit), careless driving, license required (to be carried on person) — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Feb. 19.

Linda Hornsby, 28, theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Feb. 19.

Victoria Sullivan, 23, theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) — pleaded guilty, fined $100 (court costs waived) and sentenced to 30 days in jail (probated 24 months and ordered to stay out of Walmart).

Jennifer Turner, 27, theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) — pleaded guilty, fined $233 and sentenced to 30 days in jail (probated 24 months and ordered to stay out of Walmart).

Kimberly Dean, 18, theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) — pleaded guilty, fined $233 and sentenced to 30 days in jail (probated 24 months and ordered to stay out of Walmart).

Edna Brock, 40, public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol) — continued for arraignment.

Harry Delin Kirks, 64, first-degree indecent exposure — amended to second-degree disorderly conduct, pleaded guilty, fined $183.

Jeffery G. Hill, 35, first-degree indecent exposure — amended to second-degree disorderly conduct, pleaded guilty, fined $183.

Randall W. Miller, 19, failure to produce insurance card, failure to notify address change to the transportation department, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance — first charge, pleaded guilty, fined $50 (court costs waived); other charges dismissed.

Christopher A. Fultz, 32, expired or no Kentucky registration receipt — dismissed on proof.

Joshua A. Shanks, 32, receiving stolen property (under $500) — pleaded not guilty, jury trial set Feb. 19.
