Homemakers creating quilts for veterans


Courtesy photos The Poorfork Homemakers Club met at Cumberland’s senior center on April 12 to begin creating lap quilts for the veterans in the Tri-Cities Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The quilts will be completed and presented to the veterans to honor and thank them for their service during the Memorial Day holiday.
