Traffic comes to a halt


Joe P. Asher|Daily Enterprise Kentucky Transportation Cabinet employees worked to repair a fallen traffic light which led to long delays on the U.S. 421 Bypass and KY 72 in Harlan on Friday. Harlan Police Chief Mike Thomas said there was no wreck, but it did back traffic up pretty bad.
