Winners of the Harlan parade have been announced. Grand Prize: Relay Stars Relay for Life Float; Best Children’s Float: First place — Kellie Wilson, second place — Rosspoint Dancers; Best Religious Float: First place — Rockvine Baptist Church, second place — Cornerstone Community Church; Best Theme: Sunshine Fire Department Float; Chamber of Commerce Award: Harlan Health & Rehabilitation Center; and Best Scouting Group: Holy Trinity Cub Scout Pack 149.
