“We are happy to be a part of this annual event,” said Mike Forester, owner of Jewelcraft. “This has always been a fun event for the children of Harlan County and we hope to see it continue for years to come.”

Forester added there will be lots of prizes and treat bags for those participating in the event.

“We invite everyone to come and enjoy the event even if you don’t participate,” said Forester. “It’s always fun to see the children in costume and having a great time.”
