Sheriff’s office presents program


The Harlan County Sheriff’s Office presented a program on “Bullying, Sexting and Texting” to the Cumberland Elementary School students in the seventh- and eighth-grades recently. Students were taught about the various laws and repercussions pertaining to bullying, texting and sexting. The program was sponsored by the CES Family Resource and Youth Service Center.
