Festival of Arts and Authors

Photos by Bradley Fields Clark Bailey along with his mother Ola hosted the Festival of Arts and Authors in Harlan last month. Clark said they host the festival to bring awareness to people in the area and get them to appreciate the arts. Those in attendance browsed through displays and could purchase local artists’ and authors’ work while listening to live music. A variety of artists and authors from the area displayed their work for all to see. A photo contest was also held for amateur and professional photographers as well.
