Farm Bureau participates in festival


Harlan County Farm Bureau young farmer and board member Dustin Miniard prepares balloons to be given away to children visiting the Poke Sallet Festival.


Participating in this year’s Poke Sallet Festival were members of the Harlan County Farm Bureau. Board members and agents distributed information regarding discounts, roadside farm markets, Kentucky agriculture facts, along with gifts. HCFB member, Judy Asher, center, and her son, Dalton, of Bledsoe, speak with HCFB secretary Nathan Boggs.
